Poverty Has Emptied Lagos Roads” — Isaac Fayose Laments Economic Hardship
Nigerian public figure Isaac Fayose has voiced strong concerns over the country’s worsening economic conditions, citing the visible impact on daily life.
In a viral statement, Fayose claimed that rising poverty levels have significantly reduced movement in Lagos, noting that roads once known for heavy traffic are now less congested as many Nigerians can no longer afford transportation costs.
According to him
“Even Lagos State roads wey dey always dey busy, pover£ty don carry am. Pøverty has made everyone park their cars. President Tinubu should resign now, Nigerians are sûffering. People no dey Comot again, look at Lagos road. How much is 10 litre of fuel? 14,000 Naira. Who can afford 14K everyday. Senate President Akpabio should imp£@ch Tinubu now and save Nigeria. The judiciary is g0ne, INEC is g0ne, there is no hope….”
