Senator Ireti Kingibe Raises Concerns Over Alleged Changes in Electoral Act Provisions on Ballot Security
Senator Ireti Kingibe has raised concerns over what she described as discrepancies in provisions of Nigeria’s electoral law relating to ballot paper security.
She alleged that certain clauses in the New Electoral Act that appear to allow ballot papers without Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) security features were not present in the original draft.
