
Senator David Mark’s Counsel Says Supreme Court Ruling Partly Resolves Case, Leaves Issues for Trial Court
Counsel to former Senate President David Mark, Joseph Daudu, has clarified the implications of a recent Supreme Court decision concerning the matter before the courts.
According to him, the judgment only partially resolves the dispute while also indicating that some aspects of the case should not have proceeded to the Court of Appeal in the first place.
He explained
“In other words, the Supreme Court allowed the appeal… but they agreed that we ought not to have come to the Court of Appeal,”
