Okpebholo Says No “Vacancy in Aso Rock” in 2027, Pledges Loyalty to Tinubu
The Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, has declared strong political support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, insisting that the presidency will not be vacant in the 2027 elections.
Speaking during a public event, Okpebholo expressed confidence in the current administration and praised Tinubu’s leadership, stating that he remains firmly aligned with the president’s political direction.
“Let them know; they can even kidnap me. Yet, there will be no vacancy in Aso Rock,” he said, in a statement that has since generated wide reactions across political circles.
