A Nigerian lawyer has sparked widespread reactions online after sharing a disturbing account of what he witnessed during a recent court proceeding.
In an emotional video, the lawyer warned Nigerians to be cautious about situations that could put their lives at risk, stressing that justice is not always guaranteed.
He said
“What I witnessed in court today… my advice is, whatever will take your life, avoid it. Don’t let anybody take away your life. Because once you’re gone, that might just be the end,”
“Don’t think you’ll always get justice. Sometimes, justice can be turned upside down. What I saw today… as a lawyer, I fear the Nigerian justice system,”
