NCAA Boss Says Flight Delays Are Global, Urges Better Communication With Passengers
The Director-General/CEO of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, Chris Ona Najomo, has stated that flight delays and cancellations are not unique to Nigeria, describing them as a global aviation challenge.
He explained that while such disruptions are common worldwide, the key issue lies in how airlines communicate with passengers during these situations.
