Enough Is Enough,” — Riley Moore Condemns Plateau Killings, Criticizes Nigerian Government
U.S. Congressman, Riley Moore, has strongly condemned the recent violence in Plateau State, accusing the Government of Nigeria of failing to adequately protect vulnerable communities.
In a lengthy statement, Moore contrasted Nigeria’s regional military interventions with its domestic security response, referencing efforts to address instability in Benin while alleging inaction at home.
According to him
“When I visited Nigeria, the government responded swiftly to quell a c0up in Benin.Nigeria’s willingness to step in to stop a v!olent att@ck in another country, while they stand by as their own Christian citizens are brut@liz£d makes these absolutely h0rrific scenes unfolding in Plateau State all the more unconscionable.
Christians — who were gathered for a mass burial for those kill£d in a previous att@ck — were vic!ously murd£r£d by radical Isl@mic t£rr0rists.The Nigerian Government could root out the t£rror!#m and stop the m@rtyrdom of its own citizens. But, despite receiving early warnings of impending @ttacks, they are nowhere to be found as Christians are murd£red for their faith, like lambs led to sl@ughter.
Enough is enough.
I am grateful the Trump Administration specifically identified protecting Christians in Nigeria in the administration’s new Counterterrorism Strategy. Now, I am asking the Trump Administration to take forc£ful action to defend our innocent brothers and sisters in Christ in the Middle Belt of Nigeria, the epicenter of an ongoing Christian g£n0cide…..”
