Isaac Fayose Announces Independent Livestream Monitoring Plan for Ekiti Governorship Election
Businessman and political commentator Isaac Fayose has announced an initiative to independently monitor the upcoming Ekiti State governorship election through large-scale citizen livestreaming.
In a statement shared publicly, he said:
“I will livestream the Ekiti State governorship election so the whole world can see how the election is conducted in my state. I need 1,000 volunteers, and I will pay each of them ₦5,000. They will use their phones to stream the election or put-on this gadget on the screen from diff. polling units so we can identify vote-buying and expose any electoral malpractice involving INEC officials or NYSC members.”
