Mother Allegedly Throws 5-Year-Old Child Into River After Seer Claims Child Is “Python in Human Form”
A shocking incident has emerged in which a woman allegedly threw her 5-year-old child into a river after being told by a seer that the child was responsible for her inability to conceive again.
According to reports, the woman claimed she had not been able to get pregnant since giving birth to the child, who had also been unable to walk since birth. In search of answers, she reportedly visited a seer in Benin, who told her that the child was a python in human form.
The seer allegedly warned that if she did not get rid of the child, she would either continue giving birth to children with similar conditions or never conceive again.
Acting on this advice, the woman reportedly threw the child into a river.
She was, however, apprehended shortly after the incident by local fishermen, who caught and restrained her at the scene.
