Tinubu: 13,000 Terrorists Killed, Deaths Drop 81% Since 2015
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has stated that Nigeria has recorded significant progress in its fight against terrorism, revealing that about 13,000 terrorists have been killed in recent years.
According to the President, terror-related deaths in the country have also declined by 81 percent since 2015, indicating improved security efforts across affected regions.
Tinubu made the remarks while highlighting the achievements of his administration in tackling insecurity, noting that sustained military operations and intelligence gathering have contributed to weakening terrorist groups.
