I Endured Bigamy and Adultery for Years” — Best Mbiere Speaks After Marriage Dissolution
Journalist and media entrepreneur, Best Mbiere, has opened up following the dissolution of her 12-year marriage to her ex-husband, Michael Mbiere, by a Benin High Court.
Speaking after the ruling, she described her emotions as mixed, noting that although the marriage has come to an end, she made sincere efforts to make it work.
“For me, it’s a mixed feeling. Everything is ending today, but it’s not my fault because I truly tried to build my home. I endured bigamy for two years and adultery for over nine years under the same roof. He married another woman, and for two years we never shared the same bed. He also refused to eat my food.I’m only doing this to clear my name.” She said
