Social commentator and activist, Martins Vincent Otse, has issued a strong warning regarding the treatment of protesters in Nigeria.
Speaking on civic demonstrations, he said that any attempt by politicians to deploy thugs to disrupt protests would be met with resistance, insisting that protesters would defend themselves if attacked.
According to him
If we are protesting anywhere and the politicians send you as a thug to att@ck us, I swear to God we will k!II you, I don’t care what comes next; we’ll put the case as self-defense. There are lawyers ready for that.”
