Mark Gbillah Predicts Tinubu Will Lose 2027 Election, Warns Against Possible Post-Election Crisis
Former lawmaker, Mark Gbillah, has expressed confidence that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will lose the 2027 presidential election, while warning that the aftermath of the contest could depend on how the outcome is handled.
Gbillah stated that Tinubu would either accept defeat peacefully in the manner of former President Goodluck Jonathan or take actions that could potentially create tension.
“When Tinubu loses the 2027 election and he will lose, I can tell you that for free. He will either concede as statesmanlike as Goodluck Jonathan did, or he may resort to actions that could lead to violence in an attempt to influence the outcome,” Gbillah said.
