
I Heard There’s A Police Officer Hiding To Disrupt Ede Election” — Adeleke Raises Alarm After Voting
Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has raised an alarm over an alleged plan to disrupt the ongoing governorship election in Ede.
Speaking to journalists shortly after casting his vote at his polling unit, Adeleke said he had fulfilled his civic responsibility but claimed he received information that a police officer was allegedly hiding in the area with the intention of disrupting the election.
In his words, he said:
“I’ve performed my civic duty, I’ve voted, but I heard there’s a police officer here in Ede that’s hiding and his job is to come and disrupt the Ede election.”
