“Go to Atiku’s House and Tell Him in Fulani to Focus on His Wazirin Title” — Kwankwaso
Rabiu Kwankwaso has reportedly assured former Vice President Atiku Abubakar of his respect and support, while urging his supporters to approach the former vice president with an apology.
Kwankwaso, addressing the political relationship between the two northern leaders, said Atiku should focus on his traditional title as the Wazirin Adamawa, particularly given his age and health.
“Go to the Wazirin of Adamawa’s house and tell him in Fulani that he needs to focus on his traditional title of Wazirin, given his age and health,” Kwankwaso said.
He further assured Atiku that he would be well taken care of if their political efforts succeed.
“If Allah grants us success, we will take good care of him, especially since you all come from Adamawa. An apology should be offered to him,” he added.
