In Nigeria, We Don’t Have High School, Middle School and College — Adekunle Gold
Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold has spoken about the differences between the Nigerian and American education systems, saying he still gets confused by the terminology used in schools in the United States.
According to the singer, Nigerians generally refer to the stages of education as primary school, secondary school and university, unlike the terms commonly used in the U.S.
“In Nigeria, we don’t have high school, middle school and college. We know it as primary school, secondary school and university. Even today, I still get confused about the school system in the U.S.,” Adekunle Gold said.
