Yahoo No Dey Go Again, E No Dey Pay Again — Mitchy Warns Young Nigerians
A Nigerian social media personality, Mitchy, has advised young Nigerians against engaging in internet fraud, popularly known as “Yahoo Yahoo,” claiming that the scheme is no longer profitable.
Mitchy also urged women dating internet fraudsters to encourage their partners to learn legitimate skills and seek alternative sources of income.
“Yahoo no dey go again. Yahoo no dey pay again. Any of your Yahoo brother or sister, send dem money.
“See that your Yahoo bros where you think say, ‘Ah, this guy dem always dey pick,’ na lie o! Na lie o!
“If you are a girlfriend to a Yahoo boy, encourage that boy now to learn a skill. Encourage that boy now to learn a skill because it’s not paying again.
“If you are watching my video as a young boy and you feel like, ‘Oh, as I grow up I’m going to become a Yahoo boy,’ don’t do it. E no dey go again,” Mitchy said.
