BREAKING!!! Court Orders El-Rufai to Enter Defence in Alleged Wiretapping Trial
A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a no-case submission filed by former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, in his alleged wiretapping trial.
The court subsequently ordered El-Rufai to enter his defence if he so wishes.
The ruling means the case will proceed to the next stage, with the former governor given the opportunity to present his defence against the allegations.
