MTN Is Looting Your Data” — Omoyele Sowore Accuses Telecom Giant of Exploitation
Human rights activist and politician Omoyele Sowore has accused telecommunications company MTN Nigeria of exploiting subscribers through what he described as rapid and unexplained data depletion.
In a strongly worded statement, Sowore alleged that users who purchase data bundles often find them exhausted within a short period, sometimes overnight, without clear justification.
He said
“We have to go after MTN, they’re the biggest data th!evès in the world today. You’ll buy 5k worth of data and by the time you wake up, it would have disappeared. MTN is l00ting your data and by extension, they’re d£str0y!ng your life
