Former Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole has expressed support for a proposal by Monday Okpebholo to impose the death penalty on convicted kidnappers and cultists in Edo State.
The proposal is aimed at curbing rising cases of kidnapping and cult-related violence in the state, with supporters arguing that stricter punishment could serve as a deterrent.
“It will keep those who want to go into kidnapping in check.”he said
