Northern Youths Condemn Move to Deregister NDC, Call It ‘Witch-Hunt’ Against Obi
A group of Northern youths has criticized alleged moves to deregister the National Democratic Congress (NDC), describing it as an attempt to target Labour Party figure, Peter Obi.
The group warned that such actions could undermine democratic principles and limit political participation ahead of future elections.
“Deregistering the NDC because of Peter Obi is pure witch-hunting. Peter Obi has every right as a Nigerian to contest elections on any platform of his choice,” the group stated.
