Wike Criticizes Fubara’s Allies, Questions Their Political Strength
Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has taken a swipe at Governor Sim Fubara, accusing him of overestimating the political strength of those around him.
Speaking on the ongoing political tension in Rivers State, Wike said:
“Governor Sim Fubara overrated the people working with him. They had no political capacity. They claimed to support him, yet not even one of the 27 Assembly members from their constituencies joined them. They never truly loved him, they only wanted the opportunity to fight me.”
