Jobberman Nigeria has called for a comprehensive review of Nigeria’s education curriculum, warning that the current system is outdated and overly theoretical.
Speaking on the state of education and employability, the Head of Operations at Jobberman Nigeria, Samantha Ifezulike, said the country’s learning framework is no longer aligned with modern workplace demands.

Our education system is quite theory-focused; it’s not solving the real-time problem. There is a need for curriculum revision across the board. Technology is changing very fast; you cannot use the curriculum of 1960, 1970 or even the early 2000s for 2026
