Channels TV Responds to Wike Over Alleged Land Allocation Comments
Channels Television has issued a strong response following comments made by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, during his recent media interaction.
In its reaction, the media organisation denied any suggestion that it is benefiting unlawfully from government land allocations, stating that the land in question was legitimately allocated many years ago.
The organisation said:
“We are not making money from the Guzape land, and it was allocated to us 19 years ago by the then FCT minister… we will not allow any form of deflection from the trust we have built over the last 30 years.”
