Nigerian entertainer Speed Darlington has shared details of his real estate plan for acquiring property overseas.
He explained that his strategy involves taking a bank loan to purchase a three-storey building, living on the top floor, and renting out the remaining units.
“I’m considering buying a house abroad. The technique I will use is to borrow money from the bank, buy a three-storey building, live on the top floor, then put tenants on the first and second floors. From the rent collected from the tenants, I will use it to pay off the bank loan,” he said.
