Afrobeats star Davido has opened up about how criticism of his freestyle videos motivated him rather than discouraged him.
In his words, he said:
“I’m not a rapper, so I never cared when people commented bad things about my freestyle videos. I even turned one of them into a song, ‘Risky,’ and it became one of my biggest songs. Sometimes, criticism can turn into motivation.”
