Ministers Pay Billions to Secure Appointments, Then Think of How to Recover the Money” — APC Spokesperson
All Progressives Congress (APC) spokesperson Alwan Hassan has alleged that some ministers pay billions of naira to secure ministerial appointments under President Bola Tinubu and previous administrations.
Speaking during an interview on Arise TV, Hassan claimed that some appointees focus on recovering the money they allegedly spent to secure their positions after assuming office.
“A lot of ministers pay billions and billions to get themselves appointed as ministers under Tinubu and previous governments. The first thing they think of is how to recoup that money,” Hassan said.
