VeryDarkMan: “Burna Boy and I Are Not Friends, Patriotism Brought Us Together”
Media activist VeryDarkMan has explained how he developed a working relationship with Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy despite their earlier differences.
Speaking following the reported reconciliation between Burna Boy and Davido, VeryDarkMan clarified that he and Burna Boy are not friends, stressing that their relationship is built on patriotism and a shared desire to contribute to society.
According to him, their story began when he criticised Burna Boy, Wizkid and Davido for spending huge sums of money on expensive cars.
He revealed that he later encountered Burna Boy at a wedding, where they laughed off their earlier disagreement.
VeryDarkMan added that the singer subsequently shared his plans to embark on projects aimed at helping people and expressed confidence in his ability to deliver.
“Burna Boy and I are not friends. Patriotism brought us together,” he said.
