Emeka Ike Reacts After Court Dismisses His ₦10 Billion Lawsuit Against Wike’s Aide, Lere Olayinka, and INEC
Nollywood actor Emeka Ike has reacted after the Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed his ₦10 billion lawsuit against Lere Olayinka, an aide to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) over an alleged breach of his voter privacy, citing insufficient evidence.
Reacting to the ruling, Emeka Ike said:
“Since the court is saying that a breach of privacy is not a violation of human rights, that means I now have the right to obtain the judge’s personal information and make it public. Let’s see if he will challenge me on privacy matters.”
