Former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi has emphasized the importance of education and investment in key sectors for national development.
Speaking at the fourth public lecture of Coal City University in Enugu State, Obi stressed that sustainable progress depends on prioritizing critical areas of growth.
He said
For me, you cannot be anything without education. Our country is not doing well because we have not invested in the critical areas of development. Many nations know what to do to prosper, but they refuse to do it. An example of such a nation is Nigeria.”
