Primate Elijah Ayodele has claimed that the APC’s chances ahead of the 2027 general election are uncertain, predicting a tough contest for the ruling party.
According to the cleric, the presidential election in Lagos State will be particularly challenging for the APC, as he claimed many Nigerians are seeking a change in leadership.
He said:
APC’s victory is shaking. You won’t understand until the 2027 election. The Lagos presidential election is going to be tough. Nigerians are tired of the APC. People really want change. Something is wrong with the APC spiritually, especially with their ‘City Boy’ movement. The Northerners have said no to the APC.”
