It Will Be the Height of Stupidity for Peter Obi to Respond to Ajiboye” — Rufai Oseni
Arise News anchor Rufai Oseni has advised former Anambra State governor Peter Obi not to respond to recent comments made by Ajiboye, describing such a response as unnecessary.
Oseni questioned some of the claims made against Obi’s record, particularly allegations concerning education and doctors’ strikes during his administration.
He said:
“It will be the height of stupidity for Peter Obi to respond to Ajiboye’s statement. How can you accuse a man that WAEC said had the best results during his administration? The claim that doctors went on strike for 13 months under his regime, but many of us were here in Lagos when doctors who went on strike were sacked. Claiming that President Tinubu is the founder of modern Lagos without knowing that Lagos existed many years before Tinubu. It is an illusionary thought for some people to think that one man built Lagos.”
