2027 Election: “We Are Competing With Thieves” — Atiku Abubakar
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has reiterated his promise to restore the petrol subsidy if elected, insisting that Nigeria has enough resources to cater to the welfare of its citizens.
Atiku also accused the current administration of stealing the 2023 election and subsequently mismanaging the country’s economy.
He said:
“I want to repeat categorically that when I said I will return subsidy, I will. Nigeria is rich enough to look after the welfare of its citizens.
“We are competing with thieves. They stole the election. Now they have stolen the economy. They have stolen everything.”
